Royal Ricc Hotel - Brno

Loved the gorgeous baroque decor and the charming location-steps from a lively market. The atmosphere felt upscale and unique.

Had brand-new king room on the lower floors and wake-up service was available in it. Absolutely lovely and the best location - within short walking distance of everywhere we needed.

you guys made our stay real good. our room was brand-new and air conditioned, included with a sloping ceiling, bath, for example. all the services were very good. besides, we parked nearby. location: the hotel was really close to the centre of brno close to all the main attractions, the main market square and the christmas markets. local food in the non-smoking restaurant was the best part.

Facilities were quite modern, yet Wi-Fi was bad.

Man, the stained glass in my room was straight fire! Everything felt real cozy, but heads up-the cleaning coulda been better. Found some crumbs on the carpet and the bathroom vent had mad dust on it. Wi-Fi was a mess too, couldn't catch a decent signal.

An absolutely beautiful hotel in the center of Brno at an affordable price. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a great selection of food. The interior design of the hotel is very unique and the rooms are very spacious. The bathroom was clean and updated. Wi-fi was included in the price. The restaurant had the best food and the service was excellent.

Unavoidable, but smoking is allowed virtually anywhere in the Czech Republic and therefore the rooms are permeated with the smell of stale smoke. Smoke also seeps through the door frame into the room from the lobby below at night.

Hotel was perfectly positioned. Only 5 minute walk to trams. Shops, bars and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance. Hotel staff pleasant and room was lovely and comfortable.

Great location, beautifully decorated with real care taken to give it a romantic and interesting atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast and good value for money. Would certainly stay there again.

The pillows were rather flat and unsupportive, and the beds were perhaps a little hard.

Very easy access to station and main sightseeing places.

When we were back from sightseeing , even though the time was before check out time, all light power were off so we couldn't switch on all light in the room.

The hotel is set in a beautiful historical building, which adds an excellent charm to your stay in Brno.

there isn't internet signal in the hotel. If you use your own internet devices (air card) for the connection, you wouldn't able to use it.

it is a nie historical building, with nice design of windows and other funishing...!

1 of our rooms without the color windous, it is a pity, and it was a little difficult to get there, because of one direction street...

The bathroom was quite lacking. It really needs reconstruction since the shower had low pressure and the showerhead felt outdated. The room windows did not face the square, limiting the view to the street rather than allowing guests to soak in the surroundings.

This hotel fell short of expectations, having a music disco that kept me awake, and my room was an absolute mess with dust everywhere. And to buy coffee capsules at triple the price was just cheap! I almost left a good review but just couldn't due to all the small annoyances.

Loved medeval ceilings and stain glass. Wonderful breakfast and breakfast spread. Felt pampered.

Wish the restaurant was open for lunch or dinner. Such a beautiful dinning area.
